Re: birth control and facial hair

Thanks for replying Bronte. I was just wondering, how bad was your facial hair problem before you started BC? I must stress that I do not have any course, dark, or particularlly long hairs on my face....just the normal blonde fuzz but like i said i've been noticing it more lately (i'm not sure it's because i'm just fixating or because there is a problem....my sister and friends have actually said that they think i'm obsessing over nothing) Anyways, I know for sure i have more fuzz than most of the girls in my age group (I'm 22, and looking at my mother who is 54, i know that i will probably end up like her...she doesn't have dark or course hair but a lot of blonde fuzz)....where was I going with this? Oh yeah, so do you think that I should stop birth control now before my body gets too used to it, or should I just stay on it until I plan to have kids? It's weird because I have friends that have gone on and off birth control and have no visible hair, but I also have a couple of friends who say that after they went on and off it a couple of times, they started to get a few (like 3 or 4) dark hairs on their chins...i'm just scared that will happen to me, and if it did i don't think i would deal with it well, seeing as how i already obsess so much. How long were you on birth control? How bad did it get after you went of it (description please)? What is your ethnicity and are you overweight at all? Thank-you...i need help deciding what to do!
