Most people use 35% food grade in liquid form, up to 25 drops 3 time a day, I couldnt take the nasty taste so I take them in capsule form, its called zero 2 sixty by oxylife I got if off ebay for less than $20 for 90 capsules, on the bottle it says 1 capsules equivalent to 12 drops of 35% food grade, I have taken up to 7 per day with very good results but herx is terrible LOL

it will be way cheaper taking them in the liquid form tho.

try it, its a whole different level of healing, besides its not as dangerous as Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . I have nothing against Miracle-Mineral-Supplement I will be still doing Miracle-Mineral-Supplement protocol maybe once a month or so at 30 drops MMS is still the best parasite killa that I know of
