I am sorry this happened, you are inserted incorrectly please get really good directions & read them while you do it. I think you need to insert going straight up toward the top of your head, do not insert it facing your bum or lower back because I think that is wrong. Maybe someone else can comment. This happened to me; I fainted from the site of blood LOL
