Pain and blood during/after enemas

Hi everyone, hopefully someone knows what is going on here.

I've been trying to do my own enemas, but the last couple of times the following occurs. During the enema, almost immediately, I become nauseous and start sweating. Some blood ends up coming out, and more comes out every few hours after finishing (see attached photo). Then I go through extreme pain during and after using the bathroom for the next few days. I've figured that I can make it "heal" quicker by doing a small implant of aloe, olive oil, MSM, and using a sitz bath, but I can't seem to prevent this from happening.

The other attached picture is the enema nozzle tube (from Optimal Health Network), which I only insert a few inches. I'm using lukewarm, distilled water in a standard enema bag. I use 2 to 4 cups of water. The bag is hanging about 5 ft up, I thought that maybe the water was rushing too quickly so I tried a nozzle to slow it down, but same result. None of this happens when I use a small enema bulb.

I'm trying to get in the routine to start doing coffee enemas, but it's near impossible when this keeps happening.

Thanks for everyone's time!
