When they're backed by government documentation. Also when many sources (unconnected) are saying the same thing. There's many dots to see, one just needs to connect them. When you have read the patriot act(parts one and two) for starters we can talk more.
Have you heard of the Northwood document? What do you know of FEMA? Have you watched the documentary 911, Road to Tyranny?
How about the Waco documentary that I recommended?
