I will try upping the kelp with the pineapple juice and let you know how it helps.....my menstrual cycle has been a little shorter too (running 24 days as opposed to 28) so I am afraid my estrogen is a little too high. Should I try rotating some of the sea vegetables throughout the day or stick with just the kelp?

On a different note, I got a phone call today from a mother of my daughter's friend. Her daughter was going through some health issues. She was depressed, bad periods, insulin issues, weight gain, etc. I introduced her to the MORELESS PROGRAM and they were desperate for help. Her 16 year old was feeling so poor she was willing to try anything. After 1 month of doing the ML drink, her daughter is significantly better. I will let you know if the extra kelp helps my cycle....oh and I still have not figured out why my tongue feels burnt. In research it says low B vitamins. Is that possible with all these vitamins in the drink? I drink plenty of water so dehydration is out. But there is no other way to describe it, just like I have burnt it or something. (I did try my PH testing and it was normal) Any ideas what could cause my B vitamins to deplete (if that is the cause).
