I know it's a couple of days later but mind if I join you? This will be the first time I have had a fasting buddy. Also I'm doing a Water Fast unlike your juice fast.
I did about a 20 something Water Fast until recently. I lost count because i was enjoying it so much it became part of my life. I had to stop when I got a bad headache and cold. The flu medicine I was taking unknown to me had sucrose to sweeten it. So I kind of ruined it all. Now that I'm all better
I've decided to go and try again. I want to stop at 160. I don't know my exact weight because I only weight my self every 30 days. Last time I did that was on the 15th of June and I was 212.3 pounds. Now I know I lost weight since then but how much I don't. Until the 15th of this month I won't know my exact weight. I do this so that I don't get to obsessed about my weight.
I want to keep my spirits up. My main mode of exercise is to walk to work and to walk home. It's about 8 to 9 miles combined. It's boring but effective and functional since it saves me money and gets me somewhere.
