Nausea question

Hello,

I recently got up to the 15 drop dose yesterday, experienced nausea immediately afterward, I am thinking because I didn't eat anything with it right away. Also diarrhea a few hours later. I skipped the pm dose. This morning I lowered my dosage by 1 drop, had some bread with the dose, no nausea. However 3 hours later I am experiencing nausea and some stomach cramping. Normal? Could it give me nausea 3 hours after dosage?
