What "moral" obligation does the world have to just sit back and let a murderous dictator increase his power? What will be the fallout if America does nothing, and Saddam uses anthrax on us, or on Israel? If Israel is attacked, or finds out it is about to be attacked with unconventional weapons, they will have no choice but to defend themselves with a preemptive nuclear attack. Then, when the Arab world is forced, by Saddam's stupidity, into backing him up, that will then draw in Russia, the US, and the rest of the world, and we will have World War III. That is a likely scenario, where as, it is an unlikely scenario if the U.S. preemptively attacks Iraq, that the world will be drawn into using nukes.
