What...if any...'moral' obligation does the US have to those who stand most likely to suffer the fall-out from an invasion of Iraq?
So if Saddam Hussein is out...then what...what role does the US play in the aftermath of war with Iraq?
How will pre-emptive strikes against Iraq effect terrorist activity directed towards US interests...will we be safer and more secure...or less so?

MoreThis is a reply to # 144,969What "moral" obligation does the world have to just sit back and let a murderous dictator increase his power? What will be the fallout if America does nothing, and Saddam uses anthrax on us, or on Israel? If Israel is attacked, or finds out it is about to be attacked with unconventional weapons, they will have no choice but to defend themselves with a preemptive nuclear attack. Then, when the Arab world is forced, by Saddam's stupidity, into backing him up, that will then draw in Russia, the US, and the rest of the world, and we will have World War III. That is a likely scenario, where as, it is an unlikely scenario if the U.S. preemptively attacks Iraq, that the world will be drawn into using nukes.

Simple answer is that obviously Jesus does not bomb anybody. God is love and Jesus is God's son. He came to SAVE is. He came to help us change our wicked ways. Sin was born in the garden of eden. MAN'S inhumanity to MAN. Man is not following God's rules properly. It is as simple as that.

This is a reply to # 144,975Stofurz...I think we all get that you believe Saddam to be the devil himself and are all in favor of going to war with Iraq...but you didn't address any of the questions I raised.
Every course of action has its consequences... to insist that this is a fairy tale where the good guys knock off the bad guys and we all live happily ever after is nothing short of delusional...it denies very real and difficult issues that will be raised by this war...perhaps too threatening for you to take a look at.
This is aside from the fact that there's a problem with your logic here...pre-emptive strikes against Iraq are likely to INCREASE the likelihood of Israel being attacked...thereby raising the threat of nuclear involvement... according to your scenario. Then again...I suppose that does sorta answer my last question.
