That makes the most sense of all. Wonder what supplements I should take. I really take nothing right now. I also do feel as if the bugs are just gnawing away at my insides. So much activity in my intestines. It's almost painful if I DON'T eat. At least I don't drink alcohol.

I wonder if my recent switch to distilled water has caused a depletion of minerals and hence an increase in hunger? Tweet
