Ancient Minerals Magnesium oil is expensive. I want to use the flakes, as Dr.Sircus outlines above to make my own Magnesium oil.

Does anyone have more precise instructions on how to use Ancient Minerals flakes to make Mag oil? What is the flake to water ratio? Can I use tap water? Any other instructions.
