probiotics and die-off worsen hypoglycemia?

Hi there,

I've been taking quite a high strength probiotic - 1 capsule in the morning which contains 50 billion bacteria. Whilst I welcome the die off which occured after about 6 days, it's put me really 'on edge' with my hypoglycemia, and is perhaps an indication my body isn't strong enough to clear candida at the moment. It certainly worse enough for me to consider not powering through.

Has anyone else noticed this? I'm on a very strict diet and only a few supplements including digestive enzymes, milk thistle and additional fiber.

A slightly different approach is perhaps needed as people will testify, handling hypo day to day is an awful feeling. I'm running out of options so will perhaps try the adrenal fatigue route.

Many thanks,
