I agree that there should be some limit. (On certain things)
Why should someone be awarded millions of dollars because they were stupid enought to put a hot cup of coffee between their legs. Maybe coffee shouldn't be that hot, but that's a different subject all together. Where is the common sense?
On the other hand if someone is deliberatly deceived into believing/trusting a professional (maybe a doctor, or pharmaceutical company) and suffers harm because information was witheld from the individual then the deceiver should be sued.
Don't you think there should be some sort of accountability?
