Re: question for castor oil flushers
Hello Envy!
Castor oil is safe to use internally. Need to find the one it says safe to use internally. I did a lot of castor oil flushing when I started colon cleansing. Oh! Yeah! It can cleanse alright but it’s like almost a half-day ordeal running to the bathroom. I mean, if you do not have extra bathroom do not even think about it. That is my opinion.
But recently I found it very therapeutic using it on the sole of my feet as a castor oil pack. Just cut any clean cotton piece of fabric like the shape of your feet and poke a hole so that you can put through your toe to hold it from slipping. Don't forget the oil. Cover the whole thing with plastic and then put your socks. That’s all you need to do. I did not use any heating pad.
All I can compare my experiance from this is with the oxygen therapy I did years ago in a form of Hydrogen peroxide. Just about after 15 minutes of using the castor oil pack on my feet, I could feel the oxygen rushing to my lungs and the energy I felt was out of this world. All I can think of is that it might be the ricinoleic acid only found in the castor oil which has remarkable healing abilities in helping improve the function of certain glands and lymphatic system is resposible for this remarkable surge of energy. I am no expert but when these glands function well that means more oxygen and nutrients to your blood.
You will get the maximum benefit from lying down. I tried it in a sitting posture not so much. So bed time is good. A good 2 hours will do it. Also the more the merrier.
Good Luck
