question for castor oil flushers

hello o all you experienced flushers. i have done the regular epson salt oo/oj flush a couple of times and have great results. but its been 6 months and i feel my digestive problems coming back with aggression. i know that the root cause of gigestive issues is also a toxic and clogged liver. i came across the castor oil flush and was reading the posts here and was amazed at the positive responses. i wanna do this but ive also read in a few posts that you cannot take it internally. please clarify if i can or cannot and where can i buy castor oil from as the health stores around me all have thoses that are labelled for external use only. please help Tweet
