Re: Cayenne for Severe Joint/Knee Pain
The easiest way to make "cayenne cream" is to add a few squirts of cayenne tincture to (???) 1/2 - 1 cup of quality, non-toxic moisturizing cream or lotion. I'd start with 4 squirts/droppersful of the tincture to 1 cup of lotion, and then add cayenne tincture as tolerated.
A far more effective mix, is
Dr. Schulze s Deep Tissue Repair Oil. It's available in our Storefront (a little goes a LONG way) - and here's a post that explains how it works (and why it's better than just 'cayenne' all by itself):

While Cayenne & Deep Tissue Repair Oil ARE very effective pain relievers, the only way you'll ever be rid of the pain to the heal/fix the CAUSE of the pain. The BF&C combination is something that would likely be VERY beneficial for actual healing. (you'd want to take both the tincture and rub in the oil, along with the Deep Tissue oil).
Do you know what is wrong with your knees that is causing pain?
And no matter WHAT you do, and no matter WHAT the cause, you should get a castor oil pack around those knees every night. Castor oil is HIGHLY overlooked and after a few days is likely to bring a SUBSTANTIAL relief from pain!
'Haven't heard from you in a LONG time! :( 'Good to "see" you again!
