Hello,
Today I'm starting mu urine water fasting. I plan to take for at least 7 days, but not more than ten. Last year I made one wich lasted 9 days. I made it because I suffer from colitis, and it really made the difference.
I made urine enemas along with it, dayly or every other day.
Also I made the urine massages, but it was only on face, neck and forehead like Amstrong recommended in his book, and it helped a lot with detoxification syntoms.
I intend to fast every year for 7 to 10 days, so this is my sencond one.
I make periodic water urine fastings which goes from one to four days, every 15 days or monthly. I make them to keep my digestive systems good, to detoxify, or when I have binge and want to loose some weight.
I usually drink the first urine in the morning. If i wake up around 3:00 a.m. I take one glass and go back to sleep, so when I wake up around 6:00 a.m. I take a second one.
With this I am keeping myself good. I tried to eat a healthy Diet based on vagies, fish or chicken, but sometimes I like to binge in spicy food, I love chili, and junk food and when I fail to do this, after I fast for 1 to 3 days to go back to feel good.
My main problem is digestion, but as long as i keep a good diet and my urine therapy I feel good. Also I have problems with weight gaining, but fasting puts me back on it.
Periodic fasting have been working for me preatty good, but still I made the compromise to fast every year for 7-10 days for a deeper detox.
For RP: I recommend you make the urine massages only on neck (behind is the best), face and forehead in the mornings with fresh urine. Take a bit, massage until dry, then again, massage until dry and do this around 7 times. It really helps with detoxification syntoms.
Also about the taste ofo urine, I drink about 2 litter of water and the taste is not bad at all. When I don't drink water then it's kind of strong.
Some people had writen that the stronger the best, but during fasting also i have read that you must drink plenty of water, so this is my doubt. What is best?
