I got in a situation when i first started Miracle-Mineral-Supplement too only it was due to nausea and stomach cramps. I went way too fast and had to start over completely after quitting for a few days. I'm sure Miracle-Mineral-Supplement is good stuff so I didn't want to blow it. Now I only add 1 drop ever 2 weeks and take it 3 times per day. So I'm at 3 drops 3 times per day now and in 2 weeks I'll be at 4 drops 3 times per day.
