Hi Uny!!

thanks for all the info! I just wanted to say from the start that I believe that this is NOT a month long course, and I'll be "cured" afterwards... quite the opposite.. I believe that this is absolutely a life change. I have either made the changes you recommended, or worked them into a time frame to add them in. As I've said before, I am a recovering perfectionist, and I have learned that if I try to do too much, and try to be too perfect too quickly, I end up making a small mistake that blows up into me completely abandoning my efforts.. so... I'm going at a pace that I can handle... keeping that in mind.. don't get mad at me.. :) I think I'm doing great! the recommendations of yours that I have implemented are going great! and I'm feeling better... and have a plan to keep going, and adapting more and more of your recommendations..

so, here are answers to your questions..

1. exercise... I walk... three times a day.. unless it is too hot (in missouri the last couple of weeks we have had heat indexes in the 100's) then I either dance, rebound, or aggressively swim laps in the pool. I added yoga this week because I know how good it is at balancing the body, and increaseing blood flow.. and I'm trying to rehabilitate my back. Just a note though on the yoga... before I hurt my back (home improvement injury).. I was practicing ashtanga yoga... and Uny, I challenge you to do 15 minutes of ashtanga yoga without sweating, profusely... raising your body temperature... and heart rate... :) just sayin'.. :)

2. Hot/cold showers.. done!!! 2 times, day.. :)


3. Add Cayenne? nope... I'm listening to my body, and my esophagus is sooo raw from all the reflux... the addition of cayenne, is just too painful for me right now... will try it again in a month after I've done the AC/molasses combo for a while.

4. Add Apple Cider Vinegar (and blackstrap molasses)? yes.. and can I just say.. YUCK!!! oh my god.. it is really nasty... but I gag it down.. a tablespoon of each right now.. before each meal.. so far.. no improvement..

5. Castor Oil packs nightly? I start these on Thursday of this week.. same time I start the Liver cleanse tea/tincture I got from you.. will do that for 10 days.. with 2 big flushes. Hopefully those flushes will be more productive than my previous 6 have been.


6. Add daily coffee enemas? not yet... and I'll admit. I'm just afraid... I've only ever had one.. as a child.. and it was a traumatic experience for me...

I also wanted to give you an update on my weight.. it is holding at 6 pounds gained... at least I haven't gained anything in the last few days... so.. so far, so good... I am still having unbearable headaches though... remember I posted about that after the first few days? at this point, I can only assume that this is a sort of healing crises that is causing them... but, they are very bad... to the point where I feel like I want to throw up.. and light, and sound are both very painful... :( but, I'm still moving forward..

thanks again for all your help, Uny.. and please don't give up on me.. I'm not.. I'm actually feeling very positive about the changes I've made...
