You need to sit back, and think for a moment. No matter who is in politics, whether president, congressman, or senator. They all have a past. They all have dirt to dig up. Just like you and me.
What matters is their present behaviour.
Would you rather have someone as your president (like Clinton) who has (had) no respect for his own family,(when he was president) How do you think he felt towards all his fellow Americans?
We do our research, we just concentrate on what is going on today and what could affect us today, and certaintly someones' past is not affecting us today.
Saddam, however, is a present day dictator, who is cruel and evil. His present actions prove this. And yes he indeed is a threat to America, and any other country that is free and can stand up for themselves. Something needs to be done, and why wait until it is too late? Tweet
