I read the Eat for your Blood type books, praticed some of it like avoiding dairy ( my whole family is type A ). I can see that my kids are are better without it. But as type A, it also encourages us to be vegetarian, or at least very minimal meat products. This is our struggle , especially my husband and son who tend to crave meat. And personally, I also cannot stand not eating any meat with a meal, I feel weak and cold. So now, I'm not that convinced of the accuracy of this diet which was claimed to be scientifically based. Maybe avoiding dairy was just a coincidence coz dairy is not actually beneficial to everybody.
