Thanks for keeping us updated on your progress. I am enjoying your posts.

I had a very mild headache maybe once or twice since taking the remedies but like I posted responding to one of your posts I don't usually get headaches.

As for how I take the remedies I use to go very slow every since Oct 07 when I first started but then I think it was in March 09 I read you could go faster and every since I just take a drink 3 times a day.
