Interesting die-off update.

Hey everyone, Kir here and I thought I'd report in as to what I have been feeling. First off, I read a post on here were someone said at first the remedies tasted like water and then after a while, she noticed each one had their own "taste". I just started noticing that a couple of days ago. I have been on the remedies about 10 days now and am at 3/4 of a capful, 3 x a day. Per David I am going at the rate he suggested for me which is: 1/4 capful for three times a day and then every three days, move on up 1/4 a capful until you reach a full capful. You then stay at the full capful for a month and after a month, 2 capfuls.

This is the other thing I've noticed. My die-off is totally weird. Trust me when I tell you, I am a die-off expert, having been through so much of it in the past with different protocols I have tried. But I have never experienced die-off like this. My primary symptom is headache. Now in all fairness, David told me this could happen if I went too fast, even to the point of being a migraine, but I am going at the rate he told me to. Right now I have deciided to hold at 3/4 a capful probably for a few more days to see if that helps level things out. The thing about the headaches though is, they are worse while I am sleeping at night. It's the damndest thing. I wonder if the majority of the healing takes place while you're sleeping, because I can't figure out why it would do it more at nigh. I feel them mildly during the day and I've also noticed mild, off and on, what I can only describe as ear pressure. I have had ear ringing non-stop in both ears for 2 years now, so I'm wondering if it's working on my ears. When I lay down at night, I can feel a pressure moving into my head. I am ok for about 1/2-3/4 of the night and then the headache is intense enough that I have to sit up. As soon I sit up, the pain either goes away within minutes or subsides to the point of being tolerable. I slept last night propped up a bit on a pillow sham and that was fine for most of the night until I tried to lay completely flat with just my regular pillow. I am trying not to take Tylenol because I don't want to interfere with the healing process.

Raider, have you ever had the headache issue come on in your healing? I hope it goes away soon.

Kir
