Re: abscess tooth(?)NEW UPDATE!! YAYYYY!!!!

I do not oil pull (have in the past) but thought about it. I have an excellent update with what I did do though!

This morning after laying in a puddle of feverish sweat for numerous hours in and out of sleep, my fever broke. I got up to rinse with more io and salt, looked at the inside of my mouth and there it was, the most horrible layer of infection you could imagine. I've never seen ANYTHING like this in my life...it did spread into my cheek area as I suspected because that too had this layer. This was not a "film" layer, it was thick as a slice of lemon. I took a wet washcloth and carefully rubbed it all off. Underneath all this it is red and raw. No more throbbing pain and nausea, no head ahce, just really sore from where the skin is raw and the deepest area of raw is above the tooth on the gumline.

The iodine, green tea bag and salt rinses worked. I am amazed as I did not feel like anything was working yesterday because of the amount of pain I was in. I also drank three to four drops of io in water every 3 hours besides saturating the heck out of it.

So this morning after all this I rinsed with the io and salt and drank some more. I will continue like this until it is healed.
