Ouch, I'm miserable, abscess tooth(?)

Hi,
Does anyone have any quick something I can do for a possible abscess tooth. Well I'm not sure what it is really but my guess is that. I feel like I got smacked in the jaw with a bat, my ear and neck hurt, the taste is awful in my mouth that I never have. This morning earlier I thought it was my sinus irritated from something but it's not my sinuses. It's the dang tooth. I put some Iodine on a cotton swab and held it in there for a while. I'm miserable, any suggesstions? My dentist is not in and I will have to suffer with this until Monday.
