Ionized calcium

Hi there. My naturopath recently put me on an ionized mineral supp with probiotic ingredients. The product is said to work to eliminate toxins and parasites and boost the immune system. There's not much info on the web about ionized minerals and not many products out there to do a comparison. But basically it sounds like the ionization process used in my supp allows these essential minerals (esp "elemental calcium") to reach the digestive tract and get to work. Regular minerals can't do this so their benefits are lost.
