The full spectrum bulbs can be found in the fish department. They are the same bulbs and usually a better price. Walmart, Kroeger's sell them in different shapes and sizes. They are great for a reading light. That way you will get the results. Many people have the need in dreary weather. It doesn't affect me but I have recommended to many of my friends in Portland, Oregon where it can stay gray for days.
