I have completed maybe 2-3 3 day Water Fast and another 5 2 days one and many one day ones. I never was able to get pass the third day because I fear that I am going to be hurting myself if I go for to long. Nonetheless I really want the benefits of a longer fast to help me with my food addiction. Short fast helps to control weight gain, but sometimes I feel that they just worsened my addiction. I really want to have a decent amount of period without food so I can reset my eating patterns and stop feeling powerless when it comes to food. So how long do you think I can go for before healing becomes damage?
