Couple quick questions

Hi ML,

Today is the first day in while, because of rain, that I've been able to get out into the sun for a sufficient amount of time. I read one of your past posts about using virgin olive oil for short periods of time, then cooling off, then reapplying and repeating so I gave it a shot.

I usually feel pretty acidic after going in the sun, but for some reason doing this made me feel much worse. I got a pretty nasty head/neck ache and felt fairly lightheaded. It's not really a big deal, but I'm just wondering if it's due to the fact that I haven't had sun in a while or if possibly the olive oil I'm using is poor quality. It's fairly expensive first cold pressed organic that tastes great, but I can see that this does not necessarily mean quality.

The other thing I wanted to ask is about saliva PH after eating. Usually saliva PH rises when testing after eating or drinking but sometimes mine becomes very low and stays that way for a while after eating certain things. For instance I know that lemon juice tests acidic the second it hits your tongue but soon afterwards your saliva should test very alkaline, which is how it used to be for me, but lately mine plummets and stays that way for several minutes. Some other things, and even the alkalizing drink do this occasionally. With things like this is it a sign that they are either poor quality, or perhaps that my body cannot handle them (yet) ?

Please let me know, will really be appreciated, thanks in advance.
