If it aint broke, don't fix it!
First, take note of your situation (you are healthy, no need for all this flushing, etc. unless you are in a contest to someday win the "Healthiest Person Of The Year Award",...Give it a rest on the health craze, you are HEALTHY).
Since you didn't mention any health PROBLEMS (illnesses), realize that you are already HEALTHY ("fat" is an UNDESIRABLE long term health risk, but will not cause a health "PROBLEM"/illness by itself). You do not need to be subjecting your body to "health manipulation" right now,...especially in hot weather (and you are a RUNNER also?).
Right now, whatever you are doing to exert yourself.................STOP!!!.
Whatever you're doing to manipulate your body chemistry............STOP!! (whatever "ketosis" is).
Are you drinking more water than you should? The cleanse is causing imbalances in electrolytes and other nutrients, the extra fat is resetting your metabolism, the daily running is an extra strain on nutrients and metabolism, the seaonal heat makes any exertion more of a strain, and if you are drinking EXTRA water (you're body also needs salt,
Sea Salt ), you are putting alot of strain on your body's metabolism.
Runners (if I understand correctly, you are a runner, take extra care whenever you exert yourself regularly) can easily drink TOO MUCH water in the heat.

Decades ago, army troops in the desert and anybody working outside in the sun had to take SALT TABLETS because they would sweat out all of their salt, but as food today (processed foods) have so much salt added for flavor, salt tablets are no longer necessary (salt is VERY important for the body).
Regular "table salt" contains only 2 elements and is very harsh on the body.
Sea Salt is much healthier.
