I only walk for excerise and Ketosis hasn't really harmed me in anyway. The problem I had was the head ache and the cold. Now that they are gone and I all for it.
I just found out that my family got Sea Salt by accident. My sisters were doing the shopping and they got it. I'm going to add a teaspoon to a 750ml bottle I like to drink from. Hopefully that should replenish my sodium levels. I'm going to check if it has Iodine in it.
If it doesn't. Should I just mix it with normal salt?
