Zapping is so simple that it becomes boring quite fast!
As soon as you will stop zapping and feel your old “#@!?!(:-(” coming back again, you will be happy to hold again your paddles!
Holding them in your hands is the most obvious way, but not the only one.
Any part of your body, far enough, is as good.
= Putting your bare feet on top of your paddles is at least as efficient (food pads are even better. Take a pair of good pure copper. Those on stainless steel could give you a “bad experience of electroporation” of heavy metals if used without paper towel).
= Keep them in your feet with socks, on each side of your west band, or as I do when I feel sic, under the armpit. Perspiration will keep them moist longer and you will have a light “Plate zapping” because many of your
parasites signature are in your perspiration.
= Avoid the easy solution of ECG electrodes or wrist cuffs. Their impedance is too high and you will receive only a small portion of current.
