Re: IV Ozone Treatments are not fun

I had my first I.V. Ozone treatment today. All went well though I was warned in advance about the odd sensation or feeling of tightness in the lung/chests.

It reminded me of the sensation I used to get when I would take a puff on my broncho dialator (former asthmatic). Made me feel slightly anxious but since I knew what was going on I knew there was no need for concern.

That sensation passed after about 20 minutes and I had a light headed feeling for about an hour afterward. I will continue with at least 3 more treatments until I get my knee operated on, then I'll resume treatment post-operatively.

I'm thinking maybe I didn't react as badly because:
- I was warned and I have a calm nature anyway
- first treatment only a small amount was administered
- my diet and lifestyle is very healthy (vegetarian, eliminated food sensitivities , exercise regularly, adequate sleep, no other health issue except Rheumatoid Arthritis )

FYI: I getting this treatment pro-actively as I'll be going for knee surgery very soon.

Best to you
