My specialty is therapeutic medical massage for a variety of medical conditions (arthritis, sports injury, low back pain etcetera) as well as non-medical conditions (pregnancy, sports massage). If you are an active and proactive person looking to improve or maintain your vitality, then we are of like minds. Prevention and client education are important aspects of my practice. At Much Kneaded Massage of New York, you can learn how to recover faster and how to take steps to prevent pain. I am a NY State Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association AMTA and New York State Society of Medical Massage Therapists NYSSMT. As a 20+ year veteran of martial arts, I am the chief instructor and proprietor of the Women's Center Karate Club of NYC. This fine institution has been empowering women and girls since 1975 and we're still going strong. The school is affiliated with the Japan Karate Association of New York. We also participate in the activities of the National Women's Martial Arts Federation. |
