I'm very happy to report the bio-identical hormone therapy I've started has 'normalized’ my periods!!! Yippee!!! I'm no longer afraid to leave the house during my cycle; in fact I go with just a tampon in place. Before I would wear a super absorbent tampon and an overnight pad and still not be sure I wouldn't soil myself.
