Re: spider veins question

I don't see any spider veins in my arms or smeared color. I can see veins in the thin areas of the wrist.

spider veins are damaged veins, same thing as varicose in that the circulation has a problem. The extreme is the large knotty looking varicose veins.

Legs can be the same, the veins should be uniform and not damaged looking. Often even the most fit people such as runners with no fat at all, have slim/hard legs with no visible veins. I just seen a woman Sunday that had extrmely over powerful legs......and all I noticed was she looked like she had double the muscle on the legs than a normal person has and the ankles had zero meat and looked so thin that it looked weird.....I know she is a work out freak and radical and over does such things. Her methods so far have does caused varicose veins, only extremely tight muscles with no fat. I call such muscles POP EYE muscles in that the muscles are huge and the joints then look too small and it makes the person look weird or not normal enough to fit in.
