Re: adrenal glands normal or not?

There are alot of details missing here, so I would not presume to guess whether the adrenals are healthy or not - however, if the doctor didn't say any more about it - I would have to assume everything is OK. If you are supposed to be between 120 and 620 - I would say you scored with a 340! I would also take it to mean that if they couldn't be seen, then, obviously, there is no swelling, inflammation, tumors, growths, etc. - these are all good things. If you are on a good diet and excercise program and you feel good, then the best advise I could give is - stay away from the doctors office - keep up the good work and enjoy your life! Tweet
