adrenal glands normal or not?

i had an ultrasound done of my adrenals and all the doctor said is that they didnt even show up.....is that a good thing or bad? he didnt say anything else so i figured it meant they were ok.

some people here say that the adrenals are so small it doesnt matter if they didnt show up...........but some say they have shrunk and that is severe adrenal fatigue?

which is it?


also my random a.m cortisol result is 340
should be between 120-620



please help clarify????????
