Yes! Re: Bentonite Magma
The first
Bentonite I bought for internal use was
Bentonite Magma ('sounds almost exactly like what you have).
And I used the majority of that bottle for detoxing produce.
The formula for
Bentonite Magma is found in most pharmacy texts. The pharmaceutical formula/instructions are as follows:
>>>»Prepare Bentonite Magma as follows:
Bentonite 50g
Purified Water,a sufficient quantity,
to make 1000g
Sprinkle the Bentonite,in portions, upon 800g of hot purified water, allowing each portion to become thoroughly wetted without stirring.Allow it to stand with occasional stirring for 24hours.Stir until a uniform magma is obtained, add Purified Water to make 1000g,and mix.
The Magma may be prepared also by mechanical means such as by use of a blender,as follows.Place about 500g of Purified Water in the blender, and while the machine is running, add the Bentonite.Add Purified Water to make up to about 1000g or up to the operating capacity of the blender.Blend the mixture for 5to 10minutes,add Purified Water to make 1000g,and mix.<<<
So, it's 5% Bentonite, 95% water.
When I made it the first time, it seemed quite clear that was a LOT of water for not very much bentonite (50 grams of Bentonite is about/only 3 tablespoons, to 1 liter of water)...and I had somewhere in my mind that I wanted to use 2-3 tablespoons of bentonite to detoxify a large pot of produce.
That being the case, I'd be using a full liter of Bentonite Magma every time I detoxed produce, which would mean (for me, if I were making enough for several months at a time, PLUS to have around for other uses), that I'd need to make & store GALLONS (there is NO room in this house for 'gallons' more of ANYTHING, lol).
So, knowing that I wasn't using it for anything that required a "pharmaceutical persnickety" ratio, I made my own 'Bentonite Liquid', which turned out to be more like a cup and a half (or more) of Bentonite Clay per liter of water than just 3 tablespoons...and I use a couple/three tablespoons of that in my 10 gallon pot for detoxing produce (and other uses).
You're "good to go" with what you have - in the future you'll save yourself a lot of money (AND have a stronger solution) if you make your own :)
