Forget Prozac!!! Increase intake of good Soy Protein, cut out as many carbs and refined sugars. A bit of activity also helps, even if it is walking for 30 minutes every day. Also see if you can find a natural womens supplement called Dong Quai. It works wonders! Hope it helps.
