"Abilify" or "Anullify"?
[with apologies to those who find these drugs helpfull, this is sarcasm]
Have you heard of the "add-on" antidepressant drug they are advertising now, called Abilify? How about calling it "Anullify", and have the advertisements tell us something like this:
"80% of people taking antidepressants still have some symptoms, and so instead of realising that toxic pharmaceuticals are not the answer for you, we want you to start taking yet another drug along the same lines.
We have slapped some molecules left over from our antidepressant line of pills and patented it with you in mind. We call it "Anullify" - ask your doctor to add this to your mind-numbing pill routine and the rest of your emotions and feeling will be annihilated. You won't feel a thing."

OK, I dunno, but there seems to be some missing logic in this promo from Pharmagiant Corp. 80% still have "some symptoms"?? How un-depressed are humans supposed to be? Isn't there any room at all for actual therapy, and working things out in a non-chemical way?
Maybe I just don't understand depression.
