But how to access it? Here's a link to a free program that lets you access your browser cache to view or copy videos and (only if you enable it from the Options menu) SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) files. Then you can copy it to a USB stick or any folder and drag/drop it into your browser to view it any time.

FYI A real useful book for foot reflexology is "Feet First" by Laura Norman. Check the reader reviews at Amazon, where there are usually 50-60 used copies selling from under $2.
