Last night I got my husband to administer a partial Swedish massage. When he got to my right foot, I asked him to do some foot reflexology. That went fine until he got to my liver point. I screamed in pain. He wanted to quit, but I convinced him to really dig in there and work the area. It hurt so bad- like he was digging into a bad bruise. I didn't have any trouble with any other area.
This little chart is great. We have to do foot reflexology every day on the IP. I've been doing it pretty cluelessly. But here, anyone can pull this up onto the computer screen, have a little bottle of olive oil handy at the desk, and do some foot work before any office work.

Wow, that is a great link. I've done a little work on my feet tonight but I'll have to say it would feel much better to have someone else do the work on my feet LOL.

For those who would like this for their own hard drive...
This is a Flash SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) file, named opr09LSP.swf. You can download it -- in fact, you've already done that because if you've viewed it, the file now resides in your browser cache. But how to access it? Here's a link to a free program that lets you access your browser cache to view or copy videos and (only if you enable it from the Options menu) SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) files. Then you can copy it to a USB stick or any folder and drag/drop it into your browser to view it any time.

FYI A real useful book for foot reflexology is "Feet First" by Laura Norman. Check the reader reviews at Amazon, where there are usually 50-60 used copies selling from under $2. The approach is useful for beginner or expert, for those who prefer a step-by-step approach to those who aim to develop an "intuitive" approach.
