what I discovered is that hot flashes comes because of bacteria in the body and it increase and get fed when I eat any thing with Sugar or fat, I noticed that it goes away when I watch my eating and stop eating sugary or fatty food.
It could be very much hot flashes it happen with me with redness too. God bless you will be prying for you.
