pcos/kelp/hypthyroid?

does the insulin excess from pcos cause hypothyroid orr does hypothyroid cause pcos/insulin problems?

how bad hypothyroid is 2.56?

also for me it seems kelp helps with the hypothyroid symptoms like hair loss but.................it always ends up lowering my estrogen and disrupting my menstrual cycle..............is there any way to get around this?to keep my estrogen because it is already low, and still take the kelp?
