I worked again after church. With some help from my brother in law and sister I trashed a sofa bed that was 20 plus years old and made of SOLID wood. Not sure how much it weighed but know it was well over 100 pounds.

I'm so proud of the things everyone else has trashed. All the really personal things that you have given up have taken courage and that is a big deal!

Congrats to all! I feel fabulous...other than my back is having spasms. haha. Guess I worked a little too hard. Now it's time for the hard part, cleaning up the mess because as I went I didn't clean, I left stuff everywhere.
