Re: Way to "TRASH", Trixie!!! GOOD JOB!!! n/m Re: Good Morning, Viet Nam! It's Trashing Day! Post your pounds!...n/m
Oh my GOODNESS! POUNDS? How about a TON? j/k. Seriously though, you would not believe what I got rid off! I went through boxes from 2 years ago that had been cluttering up the closets, I rearranged the house, sorted, packed, gave away and prepared boxes to sell at a yard sale and whatever DOESN'T sell will be given to the Goodwill. I threw out pictures of my ex husband and ex boyfriends from long ago. Stained old clothes of the kids were thrown out. All in all I would say that I removed at MINIMUM 200-300
pounds and that in all honesty is probably on the low end. I had 5 large trash bags FULL of clothes and 3 boxes FULL of clothes. 10 boxes FULL of old things that hadn't been touched in well over a year. Noah went into his bedroom and FILLED 6 boxes of his own with toys he decided he didn't need because he didn't play with them in well over a year. I trashed 2 large boxes FULL of things and 2 large trash bags. And.....i'm still not done.
After church I will be back at it! I feel GREAT! This was liberating and refreshing. Even my mom commented at how different and "lighter" I was on the phone! This was an amazing experience! Thank you for coming up with this idea!
Wings, I am sad to hear you will be leaving for awhile but I totally understand and how our "friendship" can bloom more when you return! You are a strong woman and you are doing the RIGHT thing! You my dear won the ultimate "house" cleaning for
pounds because the decision you made as to what to "clean" right now was the most difficult of all! Hoo Yah for WINGS! Woo Hoo!
Have a blessed day all!
