Definition of Bloating: Strictly Associated w/ Gas?

Howdy Uny, Glad to have you back! :)

I thought bloating is the sensation of feeling backup, food not moving along, constipated, just swelled up in general w/ or w/o gas. When you feel gassy, you usually feel bloated, not the vice versa? I didn't know that bloating is strictly associated with gas. Boyd, I've been using that term wrong all these time? If that's the case, I stand corrected and apologize to momo, please replace all the "bloat" word to "backup". And, just for the record, neither AC nor BC would cause me to BLOAT. Nothing in IF#2 would cause me to be gassy or bloated. It definitely curtails my appetite. It's like a mini-meal (a bonus when fasting) and can induce a backup feel. BC is the only ingredient that could back me up in IF#2, although I read that AC can also do that to some ppl, but it doesn't for me even after slightly upping the dosage. It might have something to do with the increased dosage of SEB. SEB really facilitates the transit. It tastes awesome, another Superfood for me! :D
