Think i'm being overly ambitious? It sounded kinda fun to me. I too only have a 4 burner stove so it would take me two days as well, maybe 3 with my little ones running around!

My mom called tonight and said she found me two books at the Goodwill and one of them has the recipe too. She didn't tell me the name of the book though, we got cut off by the kids screaming in the background....ah, motherhood!

I priced it and it costs close to $40 to buy 16 oz so I figured, why buy it when you can make a lot of it for a little more.

We also found Great Grandma's recipe for her green salve. I may stick with garlic and ech until the fall and then make either anti or super tonic.
